Can’t get them to stand up.

I love Monday but my new numinaires don’t stand up. Please help me out.

Thank you for purchasing Modgy. It doesn’t sound like the bottom is all the way open. The bottom of our vases and luminaries has a gusset bottom that will open and the base should then be about 3 inches across and they will stand. We also have an animation video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F7ufjSnpoL0 that shows you how they will open. Might be worth looking at. Sometimes when they cut them they can stick so if you wiggle the bottom a little that should help open them as well. Here is another video of one being filled: https://youtu.be/Zr6Y6hFpnQ0 Let me know if this is helpful.
