United StatesThese brilliant little luminaries are lovely and unique. They are easy to use and safe. I have vases made by Modgy also and love giving them as gifts filled with flowers. I bought 2 sets of the luminaries for me to use on the patio at night (the desert is coming into its most beautiful season and nighttime on the patio will be lovely) and one set for a Christmas gift.
