The Story

Edvard Munch (1863-1944) was a Norwegian painter and printmaker.  The Scream, which he created four versions of, is his most notable work and one of the most recognizable paintings in the world.  It has been interpreted as representing the universal anxiety of the modern human condition.  When describing his inspiration for the piece, Munch said, “…I heard the enormous, infinite scream of nature.”  Modgy is pleased to bring this marvel of the art world for your collection and daily contemplation.

    The Scream

    I love it - I have given these to friends who feel this way at times so it gives them a great laugh that they are not the only ones having issues
